A three-hour evening sail timed to the horizon. We push off ninety minutes before sunset, anchor where the light is longest, and serve champagne and chef-prepared hors d'oeuvres on the foredeck. Most guests stay aboard for an hour after sunset to watch the lights come up onshore.
